Return, Replacement & Refund Policy


Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and are accepted only for the following reasons:

• Damaged Product
• Incomplete Product
• Incorrect Product

As Shop XXL deals in artworks, limited-edition prints, paper works, collectibles, and merchandise that may be produced in limited quantities or made to order, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds are not accepted except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrectly supplied. Variations in colour, texture, or appearance arising from digital screen displays, photography, or printing processes shall not be considered defects.

We accept returns only if they are the result of our error, including where you have received an incorrect, incomplete, damaged, or defective product.

Please email us at info@galleryxxl.com with supporting photographs within 7 days of delivery to report any damage, defect, incomplete order, or incorrect product.

Shop XXL will arrange for a return pickup wherever possible. In cases where a return pickup cannot be arranged, the product must be self-shipped by the buyer in the same condition in which it was delivered, along with all original packaging, accompanying materials, certificates of authenticity (if applicable), and accessories. Shop XXL will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs in such cases.

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, Shop XXL will replace the product. If a replacement is unavailable, Shop XXL will refund the amount paid by the buyer for the product. Delivery of the replacement product or processing of the refund will be initiated once the returned product has been received and inspected by Shop XXL.

In the rare event that a product is lost in transit before delivery to the buyer, Shop XXL will either send a replacement product or provide a full refund of the amount paid by the buyer.

Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment wherever possible within two weeks from the date the returned product is received by Shop XXL. This period includes the time required for return transit, internal processing, and banking or payment gateway processing. In many cases, refunds may be completed sooner.

Shop XXL does not levy any return or restocking fee.

Cancellation of Order:
