3. Purchasing Artwork: Transactions facilitated on Shop XXL constitute direct agreements between buyers and artists, with Shop XXL serving as a trusted intermediary. Prior to consummating a purchase, we strongly advise thorough scrutiny of all artwork details, including condition of the artwork. In the event of unavailability, timely notification will be provided within 48 hours.

4. Pricing and Payment: The prices of artworks displayed on our platform are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Shop XXL's payment services, with ownership of the artwork transferring upon full payment. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of the sale.

5. Delivery Process: Artworks are dispatched to the designated address within 10-15 days. We meticulously handle/manage packaging and shipping. We urge recipients to conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt and promptly report any discrepancies within 48 hours.

6. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy: Damaged, Incomplete, or Incorrect Products:

 a. In the unfortunate event of receiving damaged, incomplete, or incorrect items, notification must be provided within 48 hours of receipt, accompanied by supporting photographs, directed to info@galleryxxl.com. We will facilitate the return process, covering associated shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned product, replacement or refund procedures will be promptly initiated.

b. Cancellation of Order: Once an order is placed, cancellation requests apart from the situations outlined above cannot be accommodated. We encourage customers to seek clarification on any queries prior to placing an order to ensure a seamless transaction.

7. Artwork Maintenance: Given the potential environmental impact, conscientious handling and display of artwork are paramount to its preservation.To prevent damage, it's strongly recommended to avoid excessive heat and be kept in environments with high humidity levels and ideally displayed in climate-controlled spaces, away from direct sunlight.

8. Usage Rights: Ownership of acquired artwork extends exclusively to the physical piece; reproduction or dissemination without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. However, purchasers maintain the prerogative to engage in subsequent resale.

9. Artist's Warranty: Artists affirm rightful ownership of their work and adherence to all legal stipulations. Upon purchase, buyers obtain physical ownership of the artwork.

10. Data Protection: In alignment with privacy regulations, we collect and process personal data solely for the facilitation of service delivery, ensuring transparency and security. 11. Service Interruption: Shop XXL reserves the right to discontinue offering the Services, or any part thereof and may terminate your access without prior notice. In the event of termination, your rights and licenses will be revoked, and you must cease using any associated components immediately. Shop XXL retains the authority to suspend or terminate any service without warning and shall not be held responsible or liable to you in any manner.

Indemnity: By using the Services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Shop XXL and-related parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages (actual and consequential), losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the Services, or any actions taken by a third party using your account.
